If you are interested in becoming a client, or learning more about our services, call our Information & Referral Counselor at the 25 Hyatt Street office (the Place), (718)808-1314. You can make an appointment to discuss our HIV services (including counseling & testing and case management) and/or to complete an intake for services. You can discuss your service needs with the Counselor and receive referrals for the appropriate services. Office hours are between Monday and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you are seeking treatment for drug or alcohol use, walk-in or call our main office and ask to speak to a counselor from our Addiction Treatment Program. The office is located at 56 Bay Street, 6th floor. The phone number to call is (718)808-1428.
If you are interested in participating in any of our Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) services, you may not need to become a registered client. Call our LGBT Wellness Manager at (718)808-1351. |
