You can be involved and join our Community Program Advisory Group (CPAG). CPAG members represent their community and help us to understand your needs. The CPAG meets five times a year with staff and helps make the services at Community Health Action better.
You can become a member, or just call CPAG if you have ideas, suggestions, or problems.
