If you are a client of New York City's HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) we can help you obtain safe and affordable housing. We operate a Scatter Site II housing program for individuals and families who are clients of HASA. In addition to an affordable apartment, clients of our Scatter Site II program receive assistance with moving, case management, addiction treatment, recreational activities, furniture, and utility payments. 

Currently, our Housing program provides housing and transitional services to over 40 households throughout Staten Island and all other boroughs.

If you are not a HASA client, you may still qualify for our housing program or receive other housing services in the community.
